One person injured in Salisbury home invasion

Officials say that one person was injured in a home invasion that happened in Salisbury on Wednesday morning.

According to the Wicomico County Sheriff's Office, around 11:30AM on Wednesday, two people invaded a home on Tuscola Avenue.

Officials say that they believe that one of the people was armed.

It is currently unclear how many people were in the home, but one person was taken to PRMC after reportedly being assaulted.

47ABC also learned that Salisbury Middle, Chipman Elementary and Choices Academy were in a shelter in place status for about thirty minutes on Wednesday morning.
