One local Salisbury priest is collecting donations for Tennessee wildfire victims

One local priest from Parkway Church is collecting donations in order to send to the Tennessee wildfire victims.
Greg Morris was a priest in Tennessee for ten years and still has family and friends living there.
Starting Thursday December 8, 2016, a truck will be located outside of the church from 3-6 p.m. Anyone can come buy and donate the essentials as the truck will be outside the church for the next eleven days.
A few things they're looking for include wash cloths, towels, soap, personal hygiene items and pampers. Plus, winter coats for all ages.
Morris tells us that despite being in another state, our community still comes together to help those in need. He states that our community is excellent in its response those who are hurting, those who have gone through crisis.
Morris tells 47 ABC that it means so much to me to be apart of this community.
