OC gears up for NYE festivities

We are just a few days away from kicking off a new year, one of the many places gearing up for festivities is Ocean City.

Town officials tell 47 ABC, come New Year's Eve, folks can ride the tram for the Winter Fest of Lights until midnight. After the conclusion of Winterfest, the town will have a free fireworks show. 

There's also  free shuttle services provided to get people around Ocean City.

"One of the reasons we provide the free bus service or the mayor and council provide the free bus service for the night is to promote safe transportation," says Jessica Waters, the OC Spokesperson.

Free shuttle service will run from 6 AM New Year's Eve to 6 AM on New Year's Day.
