Man in court for attempted murder of a Princess Anne family

On Thursday,  twenty -seven year old Sharef Hayward was in court for a  preliminary hearing, but it was postponed.

The Somerset County State's Attorney tells 47 ABC a motion to continue was made because new charges could be brought in the coming weeks.

Hayward is facing charges for allegedly assaulting 25 year old Airealle Sells and her children. Sells passed away about a week after the attack.

The preliminary hearing has been re-scheduled for January 30th.
