Indians Drop Tough One To Bobcats

The Battlefield Bobcats defeated the Wicomico Indians 74 to 60.

The odds were stacked against the Indians as they were facing a great team in Battlefield. This made them come out with a chip on their shoulder and they were playing tough, well thought basketball. Their offense was going very well led by John Taylor as he was racking up points early for the Indians. Taylor was getting to the paint easily and finishing in traffic phenomenally. Battlefield didn't come all of this way for no reason and they went on a nice run of their own and started to pull away from the Wicomico High School. The Indians knew what they were facing against and they weren't going to lay down for Battlefield. They went on another run of their own led by Keshawn Marshall who was making very three after three. Wi-Hi's run was short lived as Battlefield would keep their offense going and finish the game with a commanding lead.

The Indians will return to action on December 30th at the Governor's Challenge.
