Four people arrested in connection with Dover meth lab

Police say they have arrested four people after discovering a meth lab Friday morning in Dover.

Dover Police, the Dover DEA, the DNREC Emergency Response Unit and the Little Creek Fire Company carried out a search warrant at a house in the 2000 Block of White Oak Road just after 6 a.m on Friday.

David and Vivian Loder, both 36, have been charged with maintaining drug property, conspiracy 2nd degree, drug paraphernalia and operation of a clandestine lab. Clark Rholetter, 50, additionally faces charges for operation of clandestine lab, conspiracy 2nd degree and drug paraphernalia. 25-year-old Gordon Clark faces charges for drug paraphernalia and violation of probation.
