Ceasar Rodney Rolls Past Lake Forest

The Caesar Rodney boys basketball team picked up a nice home win Tuesday afternoon when they defeated Lake Forest 65-36. The win improves the Riders to 2-1, while the loss drops the Spartans to 2-2.
The Riders starting the game off dominantly and they controlled the game from the tip-off. Caesar Rodney's big first half was led by Davione Robinson's fifteen first half points. The Riders were showing pressure full court and it paid off as they were forcing turnovers and forcing the Spartans to shoot tough shots. Isaiah Morris for Lake Forest was trying to keep the Spartans in the game as their go-to scorer, Cameron Lewis was in foul trouble early in the game. Lake Forest was trying everything they could, they just couldn't keep up with the Riders and once they got going they weren't letting anything stop them.
Lake Forest returns to work on Thursday when they travel to play Milford while Caesar Rodney travels to Smyrna on Thursday.
