Assault suspect pleads guilty in Sussex Co.

A man who assaulted his girlfriend in Millsboro pleaded guilty and was sentenced in Sussex County on Wednesday morning.
According to Delaware Department of Justice officials, 22-year-old Harvey Justice pleaded guilty to aggravated menacing and third degree assault. He then received one year of probation.
Justice was arrested on November 28 after he showed up to the diner where his girlfriend works, and started looking around in her car. When his girflriend noticed, Justice forced his way back into the restaurant, and started fighting and arguing with the girl.
Justice then pulled out a gun on his girlfriend and two other employees at the restaurant, who tried to break up the fight that ensued between Justice and his girlfriend. That night, Justice was arrested on gun and assault charges.
