An update on Fruitland man in relation to the body found buried behind a home

An update on the case of the body that was found buried behind a Fruitland home earlier this month.
On January 9th, forty-seven year old Douglas Harlow will face a grand jury in Wicomico County.
His preliminary hearing has been set for January 12th, 2017,
In the beginning of December, a woman called Fruitland Police Department.
She said she had information regarding a murder that happened after a house party nine months ago.
The witness said that back in February, Harlow had stabbed and killed a man named Ronnie Mackert.
When the woman confronted Harlow, he threatened to kill her if she told police.
After that confrontation, she says Harlow and an accomplice buried Mackert in the backyard.
Harlow is being charged with first and second degree murder, first degree assault, reckless endangerment, assault with a deadly weapon, and improper disposal of a body, and is being detained at the Wicomico County Detention Center, where he is being held without bail.
