Members of the Delaware State Police have confirmed the identity of a woman who was airlifted in critical condition following a serious hit-and-run at the County Seat Garden Mobile Home Development.
Officials have released that her name is Isabel Velásquez Pérez. 47ABC has not received an update on her condition.
