SPD search for missing Salisbury teen

Police in Salisbury are seeking the public’s help in locating 14-year-old Jocelyn Peneda.

According to Salisbury Police Peneda was last seen on November 7, around 7:30 AM in the area of the 600 block of Liberty Street in Salisbury. She was reportedly last seen wearing a black and pink jacket, blue jeans, and black boots.

Peneda is considered critically missing due to her age and police say there are no suspicious circumstances.
