Smyrna caps perfect season with drubbing of Polytech

The Smyrna Eagles finished off a perfect regular season, defeating Polytech 56-7 on Friday night.

Stellar junior running back Will Knight had a touchdown rushing, passing, and receiving in the game. Senior quarterback Nolan Henderson finished with three passing touchdowns and caught Knight’s passing score.

Dating back to last season, the Eagles (10-0) have won 20 straight games. They move into the DIAA DI playoff where they await their seeding.
