Salisbury woman arrested for alleged assault

On Thursday, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office says the arrested a woman in connection with a reported assault.
According to the the report, the victim in this incident told officials she was at a “get together” in the 700 block of South Westover Drive, when another woman, Rhonda Bracy, 47, of Salisbury came up to her and started a verbal argument. The victim then told officials that the argument escalated into a physical assault, during which Bracy allegedly bit the victim’s fingers.
Officials say that Bracy was arrested around around 11:20 AM on October 3. The report also notes that the victim was able to go to PRMC for treatment of lacerations as a result of the biting.
Bracy was taken to the Central Booking Unit where she was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance where she was charged with assault second degree, reckless endangerment, and affray, the Commissioner detained Bracy in the Detention Center in lieu of $10,000 bond.
