One fatality reported in a two car crash in Virginia

According to the Virginia State Police, a two car crash on Monday night resulted in a fatality.
Officials say that the crash happened around 11:45PM on Interstate 64 west bound, at the 218.5 mile marker in New Kent County.
Virginia State Police Trooper C. Neece is listed to be investigating the crash.
According to the report, a 2002 Chrysler Sebring was driving the wrong way in the west bound lanes on Interstate 64 when it hit a 2003 Ford Windstar van head-on.
The driver, and sole occupant, of the Chrysler was identified as James C. Pavlikowski, 25 of Virginia Beach. Officials say that Pavlikowski died at the scene, and he was apparently not wearing a seatbelt. The woman driving the Ford, also the only one in her car, was taken to MCV with serious injuries. Authorities note that she was wearing a seatbelt.
VSP says that alcohol is being considered a factor in the crash, and this crash is still under investigation.
