Mitchell Martial Arts instructor officially indicted

Zachariah "Zack" Bennett, 26

Zach Bennett, the former Mitchell Martial Arts instructor charged with the sexual abuse of minors in Wicomico County, has now been officially indicted in Worcester County on similar charges.

According to court documents, a Worcester County grand jury indicted Bennett on five counts. That includes one count of sexual abuse of a minor, three counts of sex offense, and one count of sexual contact. Bennett is set to stand trial in Wicomico County in December.

And in a surprising turn, it appears the investigator assigned to this case has been arrested. Sergeant Martin Fisher worked for the Wicomico County Child Advocacy Center.
