Millsboro man arrested after threatening 3 with a gun

Members of the Delaware State Police say they arrested a Millsboro man after he was involved in a domestic altercation at a Long Neck restaurant on Monday.
Troopers were called to the Long Neck Diner on Plaza Drive to deal with a disorderly subject around 7PM. When they arrived, officials say that the suspect, identified as Harvey Justice, 22, of Millsboro, has already left the restaurant.
According to the report, a 22-year-old employee, who is also Justice’s girlfriend, went outside and noticed Justice looking around her car, so she quickly went back inside the restaurant. Justice then reportedly forced his way into the kitchen and confronted her. Justice and the girl began to argue, and this allegedly turned into a physical altercation that ended up back in the parking lot.
Officials say they learned that two other employees came outside and tried to break the couple apart, but Justice pushed his girlfriend to the ground and pulled a gun from a holster attached to his belt. He then pointed the gun at all three of them and threatened to shoot before driving off in his car. The girlfriend was reported to be slightly injured in the fight, but did not request immediate treatment, and the other two employees were not injured.
Troopers and officers from Millsboro Police Department went to Justice’s address in Millsboro and took him into custody without incident. The fully loaded 9mm handgun was also found and recovered by police. Justice was taken to Troop 7 where he was charged with three counts of aggravated menacing, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and assault 2nd. He was arraigned at JP3 and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on $5,250 secured bond.
