Eagles leave no doubt, rout William Penn to move to title game

The Smyrna Eagles won their 21 straight game, dropping William Penn 48-0 on Saturday night to advance to their second straight DIAA Division I championship game.

Leddie Brown finished with three touchdowns on the night, while quarterback Nolan Henderson finished with two touchdown passes in the game. Running back Will Knight finished with a touchdown on the ground, and a touchdown receiving.

The 2016 DIAA Division I title game will be a battle of unbeatens as Middletown (11-0) defeated Salesianum on Friday night to advance. The game will be on Saturday, December 3rd at 1 PM at Delaware Stadium in Newark.
