Diaz is a 36-year-old Hispanic man from Hartley, Delaware, and is reported by the family to have diabetes and suffers from mental disorders which both require daily medication.
He is 6’3″ tall with short brown hair, brown eyes, a mustache, and was last seen wearing gray sweatpants, and a white sweater with a horse imprinted on it.
