Target pulls clown masks off shelves

Clown sightings across the country is now starting to affect big businesses, like Target.

Monday,  Target announced they have removed clown masks from its shelves. According to ABC News, Target has no reports on whether there had been an increase or decrease in the number of clown masks that have been sold since reports of clown sightings. However Target’s decision comes after multiple incidents of clowns attempting to scare and lure people.

A Target spokesperson tells  47 ABC “Given the current environment, we have made the decision to remove a variety of clown masks from our assortment, both in stores and online.”
