Second suspect arrested in bus battery thefts; third sought

Delaware State Police Troopers say they have the second of three suspects in custody, following the theft of batteries from Sussex Co. bus yards.

Thomas Johnson was taken into custody on Tuesday, and was charge with Theft $1500 or Greater (Felony), four counts of Theft Under $1500, three counts of Conspiracy 3rd, and three counts of Criminal Trespass.

Troopers say Johnson is now at the Sussex Correctional Institution on $9,150.00 secured bond.

Suspect Jason Hamilton was taken into custody earlier this week.

State Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating the last suspect involved in the theft of bus batteries. Dominic Horsey is wanted for Theft $1500 or Greater (Felony), four counts of Theft Under $1500, three counts of Conspiracy 3rd, and three counts of Criminal Trespass.
