Reminder about PRMC clinic on Thursday

Peninsula Regional Medical Center is reminding residents about their Live Well Drive Thru Clinic that is returning Thursday in Salisbury.

According to PRMC, the clinic will be a one day event that will be held at Shorebirds Stadium on Thursday from 8AM until 8PM. Officials say vaccines will be given to people 13 years old and above.

A doctor’s order is reportedly not needed, and a donation of $10 per vaccine, cash only, is requested.

PRMC says flu vaccines are recommended for people over 65 years old, people with heart or lung disorders, and people with immunosuppresant diseases or diabetes. Participants are encouraged to wear short sleeves to provide easy access to the upper arm.
