Parkside Shuts Out North Caroline, 4-0

The Parkside boys soccer team earned another conference win Thursday afternoon when they defeated North Caroline 4-0. The win improves the Rams to 6-4, while the loss drops the Bulldogs to 3-6-2.

The Rams would come out on the attack early on. Sean Fisher would be able to send a strike home to push the lead to 2-0, as Parkside would find their rhythm. The shots continued to be fired on goal, but Drew Brewster would come up with save and save for the ‘Dawgs. Parkside wasn’t going to be denied though as they would get scores from Conner Houtman, Vince Venere and Rojan Mathews on their way to the nice conference win.

Parkside returns to work on Monday when they host Washington, while the Bulldogs travel to Wi-Hi on Wednesday.
