MSP Princess Anne Barrack has issued a Silver Alert

According to Maryland State Police Princess Anne Barrack, a Silver Alert is being issued for a missing 80-year-old black male.

They are searching for John William Owens is 6 feet and 285 lbs and identified as bald with brown eyes.

His vehicle is a white 2006 Chevy Silverado pick up truck, with a MD tag: 55249CB

He was last seen October 1, 2016 at 3:30, in Somerset County, Maryland.
