Man arrested on drug and burglary charges in Cambridge

Officials say a man has been arrested on drug and resisting arrest charges in Cambridge.

According to the Dorchester County Sheriff’s Office, 28-year-old Kendall Potter, of Cambridge was arrested on Tuesday after he was reportedly wanted on a grand jury indictment issued during September in connection with a combined investigation into the illegal sale and distribution of drugs in Dorchester County and the surrounding areas.

Officials say Potter was charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, distribution of marijuana on the indictment, when he was found to be in possession of marijuana again, and he was charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, resisting arrest, and third degree burglary. He was reportedly to be held on $250,000 bond.
