A traffic stop was conducted on the car and the trooper identified the driver as Roman Wiltbank, 20, of Dover and a front seat passenger, De’von Walker, 20, of Dover.

The trooper says they noticed an odor of marijuana on the driver and both subjects were asked to get out of the car so a search could be conducted.

Troopers were able to find a bag in the car with several bundles of heroin, totaling 910 bags weighing 13.65 grams, but no marijuana.

Wiltbank and Walker were taken to Troop 3 where they were both charged with the following:

Wiltbank was additionally charged with speeding and failure to have insurance identification in possession.
