Easton man arrested and charged on 10 counts of child porn

Investigators with the Maryland State Police Criminal Enforcement Division, Upper Shore Region, with the assistance of MSP road patrol Troopers, say they have charged an Easton man with 10 counts of possession of child pornography.
According to a release on the MSP Criminal Enforcement Division, Upper Shore Region’s Facebook page, the investigation began when Internet Crimes Against Children investigators noticed a subject downloading known videos of child pornography through a peer-to-peer network.
Officials say that investigators were able to find the home that had downloaded the child pornography by an IP address, and a search and seizure warrant was executed on the residence.
With the warrant, investigators seized numerous electronics and a forensic examination was completed showing numerous images/videos of child pornography.
According to the officials, investigators were able to find Donald Fuller, 26, of Easton, as the suspect involved and he admitted to doing so during an interview.
Fuller was charged and taken before a Talbot County Commissioner who released him pending trial. MSP officials remind the public that all suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
