Dover PD investigate Greene Turtle burglary

The Dover Police Department reports it is investigating a burglary that happened at The Greene Turtle on North DuPont Highway.

Officials say around 5:10AM on Wednesday, three unknown suspects, wearing hooded jackets and winter gloves, went up to the restaurant.

According to the report, one suspect got in through the front door illegally, and damaged a register in order to steal a cash drawer. The three suspects then ran from the area on foot.

The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact the Dover Police Department at 302-736-7130, and callers may remain anonymous.
