3 adults and 1 teen arrested on drug charges in Dover

Officials from the Dover Police Department say that three adults and a teen have been charged with drug related offenses following a suspicious persons complaint.

According to the report, on Friday afternoon, officers responded to the parking lot of the Dunkin Donuts at 470 South DuPont Highway, after getting a call that a dark colored Honda Accord, with four people inside, was parked in front of the store for a long period.  

When officers arrived, they say they found a 15-year-old boy standing next to the car, with three adults sitting inside.

Officers report that they immediately could smell marijuana coming from the car, and detained the four suspects.

A search of the car allowed police to find 3.18 grams of heroin, a small amount of marijuana, and $443 in drug proceeds.

Officials say that the juvenile was released on a criminal summons for possession of marijuana, and the three adults were identified as Aquarius White, of Seaford, Dimere Robinson, of Dover, and Donald White, of Seaford.  

All three adults were all arrested and committed to James T. Vaughn Correctional Center in default of bond on the following charges:

  • Possession of heroin- a tier 3 quantity
  • Possession with intent to deliver heroin
  • Conspiracy 2nd degree
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
