Wicomico County home invasion under investigation

On Friday morning, troopers from the Maryland State Police Salisbury Barrack say they responded to a home invasion.
According to the report, around 8 AM, troopers went to Pratt Road in Salisbury to investigate, however Maryland State Police Criminal Enforcement Division personnel were called to the scene to take over the investigation.
Officials identified the victim as as Kimberly Flowers, 43, of Salisbury, and she told investigators she was home alone when she heard a knock on the door.
Flowers then told troopers that she answered the door and saw an man she did not know with short red hair and freckles, who was asking about a lost dog.
According to Flowers, the suspect then forced his way into the home and demanded the location of money, and the suspect apparently then restrained her before leaving the home. Flowers was later discovered by family members, and she was reported to be unharmed.
