UPDATE: Suspect arrested in armed robbery
William Loper, wanted for an armed robbery after an online sales meet, was arrested on Monday.
Officials say that around 6:30PM, Loper was found at a home in the 1600 Block of South State Street by members of the US Marshals Fugitive Task Force, Dover Police Department, and the Delaware State Police GTF Unit.
Officials say he was taken into custody without incident.
Loper was committed to James T. Vaughn Correctional Center in default of $76,000 cash bond.
