UPDATE: Son of slain Howard County couple charged with their murder

(AP) – Howard County police have arrested the adult son of a couple found dead in their Laurel home and charged him with murder.

Police say Glen and Linda White were found dead early Friday. Police say Glen White was discovered in the bedroom with a stab wound, while his wife was found in the basement with what appeared to be blunt force trauma.
 
Police say their son, 30-year-old Craig White, who lived in the home with his parents, was taken into custody and charged Friday morning.

(AP) – Howard County police are investigating after officers found two people dead inside a Laurel home.

Police say the two people were discovered inside of a home on the 9500 block of Queensguard Court early Friday. Police say a family member of the victims has been taken into custody.
 
The incident is under investigation and more details are expected to be released Friday morning.
