Two arrested following drug investigation in Dover

The Dover Police Department says it arrested two people while carrying out a search warrant as the result of a drug investigation.
On Thursday, around 6AM, officials say the warrant was executed in the H Building of Cedar Chase Apartments.
According to the report, Antwan Freeman, 34, and Keisha Nkop, 29, were located inside the building and taken into custody without incident.
There also were three children, ages 12, 9, and 2, inside the home, who were later turned over to other family members.
Officers say they found 2 handguns, 19.3 grams of MDMA- ecstasy, 504.4 grams of marijuana, paraphernalia, and $816 in suspected drug proceeds. One of the two handguns was determined to be stolen in Maryland in an unrelated case.
As a result of the investigation, Antwan Freeman was charged with:
- Possession of MDMA- Tier 5 quantity
- Possession with intent to deliver MDMA
- Possession with intent to deliver marijuana
- Possession of marijuana -Tier 1 quantity
- Five counts possession of firearm by person prohibited
- Receiving stolen firearm
- Possession of firearm during commission of felony
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Three counts of endangering the welfare of a child
- Conspiracy 3rd degree
Keisha Nkop was charged with the following:
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Three counts of endangering the welfare of a child
- Conspiracy 3rd degree
- Possession of Marijuana
