SHORE UP! invites community to learn about Adult Day Care Program

SHORE UP! is inviting folks to come learn about their Adult Day Care Program.
The program serves people ages sixteen or older who have disabilities or are in need of medical attention and provides them an environment were they can socialize and are under medical supervision. The Program Director says participants receive meals throughout the day, do activities, and meet with medical professional, and receive transportation to and from the center.

We’re told grants are available to offset some of the costs of the program. Shore Up will be holding open houses next week, Monday through Friday, September 19-23, at 11AM-1:30PM at its Shady Pines Center.
