Serious crash involving pedestrian investigated in Dover

Members of the Delaware State Police say an area of North Dupont Highway (Route 13) is closed, following a serious crash involving a pedestrian.

Troopers say the incident happened around 8:30 PM Monday between Fork Branch Road and West Dennys Road.

At this point in time, few details have been released. However, police ask drivers to avoid the area.
