One arrested and one wanted for car theft

The Harrington Police Department reports it arrested one person and is currently looking for a second regarding the theft of a car.
On September 4, police say they responded to a residence on West Center Street for a report of a car theft.

Police were able to identified the driver as Wendy Crew, 29, of Felton, and the passenger as Javon Savage, 22, of Dover, and got warrants for both.
On Thursday, Crew turned herself into the Harrington Police Department where she was charged with theft of a motor vehicle and conspiracy second degree. She was processed and arraigned via video phone at Justice of the Peace 2 and was released on $4,000 unsecured bond.
Police are still searching for Savage, however, and Harrington Police Department currently has active warrants of file for him.
Anyone with information on the location of Javon Savage is asked to contact the Harrington Police Department at 302-398-4493 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333.
