Members of the Delaware State Police say no one was hurt, after a Jeep collided with the back of a school bus south of Milton on Monday.

Troopers say Elise Farkas, 29, of Lewes, was traveling east on Route 9, and struck the back of the bus while traffic was stopped near Prettyman Road just before 3:30 p.m.

According to DSP, Farkas claims she looked down and did not see traffic had stopped, when the Jeep slid and struck the rear of the bus.

The driver and 11 students on the bus were not injured.

Farkas was properly seat belted and was not injured, police say.

Traffic was diverted for about 30 minutes while the investigation took place, and the scene was cleared.
