McKahan’s Hat Trick Powers Decatur Boys Soccer Past Crisfield

The Stephen Decatur boys soccer team rolled to a 5-1 win Wednesday night over Crisfield. The win improves the Seahawks to 3-0, while the Crabbers drop to 2-1 on the season.
The Seahawks would take a early 1-0 lead before the Crabbers were able to fight back to tie up the match with 20 minutes to go in the first half. The Seahawks would then net 2 more goals before taking a 3-1 lead into half. The second half, Decatur continued to control the play as Andy McKahan would finish off his hat trick. Jordan Sterling and Ozzie Zetina would create a couple shots on goal for the Crabbers, but Noah Shockley would be able to close the door defensively as they held on for the win.
Decatur returns to work on Monday when they host Easton, while Crisfield host Colonel Richardson on Monday.
