Man held without bond after failure to appear

On September 2, members of the Capital Area Fugitive Task Force, which includes a deputy from the Dorchester county Sheriff’s office, arrested a man wanted for failure to appear.
39-year-old Bernard Deangelo Todd, of Cambridge, was wanted for failing to appear in Talbot County Circuit Court where he was charged with second degree assault on a law enforcement officer, second degree assault, 2 counts of reckless endangerment, resisting arrest, and possession of marijuana.
Todd also was wanted by the Dorchester County Circuit Court on charges of possession with intent to distribute, 2 counts of possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, and numerous motor vehicle charges. He was ordered held without bond.
