Man found passed out at Easton grocery store leads to drug arrest

Police in Easton say a man that was found unresponsive on the bathroom floor of a local grocery store lead to the discovery of heroin.
According to reports on Tuesday officers say they were called to the Safeway on North Washington Street for an unresponsive subject. They reportedly found 36-year-old Rodney Winfred Fluharty Jr. on the restroom floor. Fluharty reportedly told police that he was just resting and did not need any medical attention. Officers then say they saw drug paraphernalia in the restroom and upon searching Fluharty, officers found a capsule which contained suspected heroin.
Fluharty was placed under arrest after he again refused medical attention. He was later released on his own recognizance.
