Man charged with sex offense 4th degree

On Thursday, officers of the Easton Police Department say they served a criminal summons on an Easton man.

Officers reportedly met with a woman who said that she was asleep at her home and when she woke up, Jah’mere Foster, 18, was assaulting her.

According to the report, Foster then left the home, but the victim was able to identify him since she is familiar with Foster.

Officials say that Foster is charged with one count of sex offense fourth degree and one count of assault second degree.

According to the report, Foster signed for his summons and was released.
