H.S. Football Preview: Dover Senators

The Dover football team is looking for a big bounce back season in 2016 following a disappointing 4-6 year in which they missed out on the playoffs. The Senators now enter their first season under new head coach Rudy Simonetti.

The Senators will be making a few big transitions this year, starting on the offensive side of the ball where they will try and replace 1st-Team All-Conference selection at quarterback in Triston Harris. Sophomore Jordan Magee earned the job in the spring and has shown growth through the first part of camp. Defensively the team will be making a few changes as well, changing from the 4-3 to a 4-4.

Dover opens their season on September 9th when they travel to play Woodbridge.
