DSP investigating home robbery in Cheswold

The Delaware State Police say they are investigating an early morning home invasion style robbery that happened west of Cheswold.
According to the report, the incident happened around 6 AM on Wednesday when three men forcefully entered the front door at a home on Seven Hickories Road. The suspects reportedly confronted a 36-year-old woman, and demanded cash before tying her up and removing an undisclosed amount of cash.
The three then apparently left the home and drove away in the victim’s white 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer with Delaware registration; PC173332. Officials say they were traveling westbound on Seven Hickories Road.
According to the report, the victim, who was uninjured, was eventually able to free herself and ran to a nearby neighbor’s house where she called 9-1-1.
The three suspects were all described as men with black masks covering their faces.
