Colonel Richardson Football Marches Past Snow Hill

The Colonel Richardson football team earned a impressive road win Friday night when they rolled past Snow Hill 64-8. The win improves the Colonels to 1-1, while the loss drops the Eagles to 0-2.
Colonel Richardson would go right to work on their opening drive. Marching down the field they would cap it off with a 9 yard score from Eric Joseph off the right side. The Eagles would be force to punt and CR would add another short touchdown score from Charles Cloderson. Eagles would again be forced to punt and the lead would stretch to 3 scores after a Tyler Stanton score. Joseph would then break a 91 yard touchdown run to blow the game wide open. The Eagles would eventually get on the board after Amonty Allen would drop back to pass and find Tahki Wise for a 20 yards touchdown pass. But it was all CR after that as Robert Thompson would return the ensuing kickoff.
Colonel Richardson returns to work on Friday when they travel to Kent County, while Snow Hill travels to Arcadia on Friday.
