AWLQAC asking for donations for their medical fund

The Animal Welfare League of Queen Anne’s County is looking for donations after they say their medical fund has been nearly depleted.
Officials say two dogs, seen in the pictures above, were left in their drop box on Wednesday night. These dogs apparently have severe skin infections, and officials say it will be a long road to recovery.
So, the shelter is asking for any donations you can provide.
The Animal Welfare League posted on their Facebook saying,
“These little guys were left in our night drop box with a note saying that they were being surrendered to us. We see long a and difficult road in their future as they are emaciated and have severe skin infections but we are dedicated to providing the care that they deserve.
“As you know, we are the only open admissions shelter in the county and accept any and every homeless animal in Queen Anne’s County. As you may have also noticed, we have had quite a few medical cases lately and our determination to provide the animals in our care with the best possible outcome has taken a toll on our medical account. If you are able to donate to these little guys as well as the others in our care, the animals would greatly appreciate it!”
If you want to donate, you can visit their PayPal page to make a donation towards an animal’s care. No donation is too small, and every bit goes directly to the care of the animals of Queen Anne’s County.
