2016 Official Rules

No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law. Must be 18 years of age or older to enter and win prize. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. Register to win by going to www.47abc.com, click on “Contest” tab, click on “Jana Kramer” and complete and submit the form or by mailing a postcard including your name, address and phone number to 47 ABC, 202 Downtown Plaza, Salisbury, MD 21801.
Entries will be accepted beginning Monday, September 19, 2016 at 12:01a and end at 12:00p on Friday, September 30, 2016. One entry per day, per person. One (1) lucky winner will be chosen in a random drawing to win two (2) preferred seating tickets to see Jana Kramer live in concert on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at 8p. The concert will be held at the Ocean City Maryland Performing Arts Center, 4001 Coastal Highway, Ocean City, MD. Winners will be notified by phone and/or email. Each ticket is valued at $35.00 as set by Special Event Productions. Prize must be picked up at the 47 ABC office, no later 4:30p Friday, October 7, 2016 or be forfeited.
Employees and their immediate family of 47 ABC, Marquee Broadcasting, Inc., Special Event Productions and the Ocean City Maryland Performing Arts Center and all its affiliates are not eligible to enter and win.
All submissions become the property of 47 ABC. 47 ABC is not responsible for lost or missing entries. 47 ABC, Marquee Broadcasting, Inc., Special Event Productions, Jana Kramer, Ocean City Maryland Performing Arts Center and all participating sponsors, their agencies and parent companies assume no responsibility or liability for event cancellation, damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of these prizes.
By participating in this contest, you accept and agree to these rules, which shall be final and legally binding. You also hereby allow 47 ABC, Marquee Broadcasting, Inc. and Special Event Productions the right to use your name, image and voice for any and all future promotional purposes.
