Rehoboth Beach Police say they have positively identified the suspects from the carjacking originally reported on Saturday.

When officers attempted to stop the vehicle, a car chase reportedly ensued, which ended when the suspects’ car hit two other cars at the intersection of Route 40 and Whitehall Road in Elkton, Maryland.
As a result of the collision, Ford and Poore reportedly sustained serious, life threatening injuries.
Officials say Ford was flown from the scene of the collision to Christiana Hospital in Newark, Delaware where she was later pronounced deceased.
Poore was reportedly flown to Maryland Shock Trauma where he remains in serious condition.
According to the report, an occupant of one of the other cars that was hit sustained serious, but non-life threatening injuries as a result of the collision, and the occupant remains in stable condition.
