UPDATE: Missing Sussex County offender arrested

The Delaware State Police reportedly arrested a suspect in connection with a series of burglaries to churches and several commercial businesses in the Woodside area.
Officials say the investigation into the incidents started around August 3, and continued through August 23, as troopers received 13 reports of churches and commercial businesses throughout Felton, Magnolia, Dover and Woodside began experiencing break-ins.
According to the report, while committing the crimes, the suspect would remove money and food items from the location.
As detectives continued to look into these burglaries, they were reportedly able to identify Jason Faulkner, 30, of Dover, as the suspect in these incidents. Faulkner also apparently had an active warrant from Sussex Halfway House in reference to absconding from Level 4 Probation.
On August 25 around 3:30 AM, troopers in the area of Woodside say they saw a suspicious subject in the area of Arby’s. According to the report, the suspect was later identified as Faulkner, who was pushing a wheelbarrow and had of a backpack which contained items of stolen property from the multiple burglaries as well as burglar tools.
Officials say Faulkner was taken to Troop 3 where he was charged with 11 counts of burglary 3rd degree, two counts of attempted burglary 3rd, one count of theft over $1500, eight counts of theft under $1500, 12 counts of criminal mischief under $1000, and 11 counts of possession of burglar tools. He was reportedly arraigned at Justice of the Peace Court 7 and committed to the Department of Corrections in default of $88,000 cash bond.
