UPDATE: Man reportedly arrested in connection with July 6 robbery

The Delaware State Police say they have arrested Devontae Massey, 24, of Laurel after troopers received information on his whereabouts.

According to the report, he was charged with robbery second and theft under $1,500, for an incident that occurred on July 6.

He was also apparently charged with assault third after an incident that happened early morning on July 27 at the Greenwood Inn.

Officials say Massey assaulted a 29-year-old woman in the parking lot, and then ran before law enforcement arrived.

Massey was reportedly arraigned at JP3 and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on $3,250 secured bond.
