UPDATE: Laurel PD make home invasion arrest

Members of the Laurel Police Department have arrested Geoffrey Newman, 26, of Grasonville, who was wanted for an alleged home invasion at the Hollybrook Apartment Complex on July 4th.

Police say Newman turned himself in after his photograph was spotted on local media outlets.

Newman has been committed to SCI on $73,000.00 bond, according to Laurel PD.
