UPDATE: Gold Alert cancelled, missing Delmar woman found

Members of the Delaware State Police have issued a Gold Alert for Mary G. Miedel, 69, who they say was last seen around 12:00 PM Wednesday at the Bob Evans restaurant in Rehoboth Beach.

Troopers describe Miedel as a white female, 5’03” tall, 141lbs., with gray hair and hazel eyes. She may be operating a black Chevrolet pickup with Delaware registration C488844.

Troopers have been unable to make contact with Miedel to check on her welfare.
